Steps to reproduce:
1. After installing the quantal aternate amd64 iso to a VM with choosing the
Simple Chinese as the installation language, login the system.
2. Click on the displayed time on the notification area, you will find there
are some garbled character in the popup date&time window, and the "SUN, MON,
TUE, WED, THU, FRI, SAT" is not displayed in the right way.
3. Please refer to the attached picture for detail.
