Public bug reported:

4.6.0 has a deadlock issue, broken abstract streaming, mem leaks,
various crashes, and partially broken metadata handling for HTTP urls.

4.6.1 fixes all those issues and introduces no changes that would
disqualify it for SRU so it seems viable to update .1 into 12.04.
