This warrants some concerted effort from both QA and certification;
something more encompassing than can be expressed in a bug. A blueprint
perhaps? Anyway, since it's not really a feature or bug for checkbox,
but rather a pretty large undertaking, I'll mark as Invalid for
checkbox. I'd like to keep some sort of reminder or placeholder, but a
bug that's been here for months doesn't seem like it will get enough
attention anyway.
