Hi Bryce,

I've attempted installing your debs. Just glancing at the name suggests I need
gutsy's kernel. OK, no issues. I'm not afraid of installing it. I downloaded
both your linux-restricted modules and gutsy's image from packages.ubuntu.org
and installed them without issues. Attempting to install your fglrx packages
isn't that easy though. The unsolved dependencies are:
libc6 (2.5.5 versus my 2.5-0ubuntu14)
libgcc1 (>= 1:4.2-20070516 versus 1:4.1.2-0ubuntu4)
libstdc++6 (>= 4.2-20070516 versus 4.1.2-0ubuntu4)
libqt3-mt

While I don't really care about qt3 (I don't have any Qt application
installed at the moment), resolving the other dependencies mean
upgrading the whole compiler (from 4.1.2 to a seemingly cvs 4.2) and
libc6. This is screaming breakage for me. I feel it would actually be
safer to dist-upgrade everything than installing those packages by hand.
Would you feel offended if I waited to Tribe 2 (close to the Debian
import freeze) before killing my laptop's distro?

PS: Don't feel guilty, I've been running flights and all that before,
plus I have a two month experience with Arch. I suppose I will survive.
As long as I don't have to boot into WinXP for anything other than
playing Grim Fandango, it'll be OK
