Hello, Thanks for replying. From what you report, this is not a bug with the system testing application, but with (apparently) the Linux kernel, which for some reason can't recognize your webcams.
I moved the bug to the Linux kernel. I'd like to ask you to please run this command on a terminal: apport-collect 912822 this will collect relevant information about your system and attach it to the bug. I'll review it and maybe ask you to attach a couple more files, but let's get started with apport collect and work from there.
