Ubuntu 12.04 now recognizes the bluetooth dongle device, but it usually
never stays connected to any device I try to pair, and when I try to
send a file from my phone to my Ubuntu PC with the dongle, my phone will
ALWAYS give me an error message as "not sent". I have tried other
dongles that are the exact same type, and the same thing happens every
time. A fix needs to be committed.

** Also affects: gnome-bluetooth
