Public bug reported: Steps to reproduce:
1. Use a laptop 2. From the battery indicator menu in the Unity top panel select the battery - the Power Statistics window shows up looking normal with all the UI elements visible and working. 3. Close the Power Statistics window with the system Close button in the top left corner of the window title. 4. Open Power Statistics from the battery menu again - the window shows up without any UI elements, just a plain gray background under the window title.
