When doing
apt-get install maven

The maven package depends on many Java libraries. This is completely
wrong and may wreak havoc in most Java projects.

The maven package depends on nothing (except the JDK) and NO Java library
should be pulled by Maven.
Maven is itself a library dependency management system. It connects to the
central Maven repository (and its mirrors) in order to download the right
libraries.

So basically, *ALL* the Java libraries should be removed from the Ubuntu
packages repository. They are already centralized elsewhere.

There is also the same problem with Apache Jenkins.
