Hi, kanor. I have retested this by going trough scientific applications retated to medizin on the actual Ubuntu development version 12.10.
It is gone, the menu entries appears when I move the mouse to the upper boarder of the CTSim window. ------------------------------------------------------ I am sure that you know it, but anyway: Maverik has reached end of live long ago, when you are still on an unsupported version please run a system upgrade to a supported Ubuntu version. At best up to Ubuntu12.04. The science packages has got there a roundup improvement. Please run the upgrades from version to version. I give you here a link to a upgrade side.
