Public bug reported:

1. get a Ubuntu Precise Pangolin/AMD64, install wine, install and use Gnome 
Classic
2. run the two installers (attached in a .zip)
3. a menu item appears in Applications--Wine--Programs, run it

Actual: An "INI not found" message box
Expected: It runs (and it does run on 32-bit Ubuntu Natty)
