I was about to set this to fix-released, but I figured out what Hervé
was talking about, and I can confirm it.  You make a new user.  His
default username is new_user, and I guess his group is created/set
before you do anything else, because if the first thing you do is change
his username to, say, test, new_user is still in his secondary groups.
