I am sorry, Thomas, but I switched to wired lan and put my card into another machine where it waits to be configured. If the problem occures there again I can reopen the bug. Other users (http://forum.ubuntuusers.de/topic/ar9170-tp-link-wn822n/) encountering the same problem solved it by using wicd instead of network manager. But for me it was also a bit faulty even when connecting via command-line.
