Reinstalling flash fixed this problem? It also would be helpful if we knew what firefox version this was happening on and have you upgraded firefox to latest for your version of ubuntu and did it fix it. for me using 1.5.0.5 and 2.0b2 i cant reproduce this bug. I have firefox and java plugins installed on both my versions of firefox also.
