Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.
A manpage has been (re)added in version 1:2.8.1-1ubuntu1 which is
available in the latest development version of Ubuntu - Quantal Quetzal.
Therefore I am closing this bug as fixed.
