No I mean move an item to the bottom of the launcher (above the
workspace switcher).
It is not possible if (when you drag the item) the whole of the item is
*outside* of the launcher.
If the item is touching the launcher you can move it to the bottom, but if the
item is outside you can't!
Please ask if you need me to explain in more detail.
