Still exisiting problem. Yesterday I used the laptop for over 3 hours on battery, doing various tasks including using transmission & firefox, and laptop did not freeze at all. Today laptop froze within 2 minutes of logging in. Had got as far as loading transmission, and Firefox & was just changing to a different website when laptop froze - on this occassion no mouse either. On some occassions in the past the laptop has frozen - windows not responding, although it is possible to move the mouse around the screen - does not respond to mouse clicks though, or normal shortcuts such as alt+f4. Always reboots using REISUB, although screen remains frozen until the final B is reached & reboot starts.
