I started the do-update-manager via ssh connected to the server and I got this

Setting up phpmyadmin (2.9.1.1-2ubuntu1) ...
Replacing config file /etc/phpmyadmin/config.inc.php with new version
Replacing config file /etc/phpmyadmin/htaccess with new version
Ne morem namestiti nadgradenj.
The upgrade aborts now. Your system could be in an unusable state. A recovery
will run now (dpkg --configure -a).
Please report this bug against the 'update-manager' package and include
the files in /var/log/dist-upgrade/ in the bugreport.
after this I get back to the the command prompt .
these are the last lines from main.log:
