I am unable to reproduce this.
I start a VM. I change memory options. I get a dialog saying that changes will
be done after shutdown.
In a console, I do "virsh destroy myvm", and when I look at virt-manager, the
changes have been applied.
Please give the exact steps you are using that make you see this
problem.
