Ubuntu 12.04 Precise with ppa:sil2100
Nvidia with nvidia-current driver.
With a second monitor attached multi monitor display is not possible.
Monitor does not display anything. System settings > Displays is not
showing the second monitor.
No problem with cable etc. Machine is dual boot and booting to windows
shows both monitors.
