I have 2 ubuntu-precise servers in a HP proliant 350G5, only diference
between both servers is a separate /var partition, i confirm that adding
these options:
# pre & post options
pre-up ifconfig bond0 up
up /sbin/ifenslave bond0 eth0 eth1
down /sbin/ifenslave -d bond0 eth0 eth1
In bond0 definition (/etc/network/interfaces), bond0 starts normally.
