Hi, I am having a 32 bit installation of Mate 13 Maya. Having same problem. Options dialog does not open on clicking the bluetooth icon in tray. But as suggested things work from command line, and I am able to connect to devices and internet with this temporary solution. I am waiting for this bug to close.
