No I didn't change the default settings in CCSM. I tried the nouveau driver --> The problem is gone. So it's a problem with nvidia.
Interesting though: Disabling the minimizing effect in CCSM doesn't fix the bug. It still freezes when minimizing. As I said before the problem also occurs when closing. Then I tried the updated version of the nvidia drivers (295.49) but the bug still occurs.
