Public bug reported:
This really may be two bug, but the latter one is a lot more irritating:
1. For some reason Software Center keeps asking me to create a Software
Center account on startup and also whenever I try to turn on
recommendations. This would be OK, unless I hadn't created an account
for that purpose months ago. What did happen to it?
2. Well whatever, then I shall register again. Unless there's a CAPTCHA
challange which I can't solve. 0/40 success rate (est.). Guys, please.
I'm a human being. 0/40 means that this CAPTCHA is nearly unsolvable. If
I'm wrong, the go on, prove me wrong.
