With a brand new install of libapache2-mod-shib2 on 11.10, I get the
following:

reagand@ws-dev-www-01:/var/www/ws-dev-www/docroot$ sudo apt-get install
libapache2-mod-shib2

The disable|enable API is not stable and might change in the future.

Errors were encountered while processing:

E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Which looks exactly like this bug to me, except it's on a new install,
not an upgrade. I thought it was fixed...

So, is this the same bug, or do I need to file a new bug/find help
elsewhere?
