start on (filesystem
          and mounted MOUNTPOINT=/home
          and started dbus
          and (drm-device-added card0 PRIMARY_DEVICE_FOR_DISPLAY=1
               or stopped udevtrigger))

Um, don't do that.

mountall is working as designed. The error is in adding 'mounted
MOUNTPOINT=/home', which is *already implied* by the 'filesystem' event.
