Sorry, I cannot provide full output because at this point I have found a way around the problem. I have updated the system and probably could not return it to that package state.
At the time I could not find any other dependency on apturl-kde, but again I do not have the searches I ran or their output. I suppose this dropped from my mind as it has not happened again.
