Do you get any blinking light or display information on you printer
indicating that something happens?

You are using the PostScript printer driver, these kind of office machines 
probably needs a module to support PostScript printing language.
Please check if your printer actually supports PostScript/has the PS module in 
the configuration page of your printer: 
http://www.linuxfoundation.org/collaborate/workgroups/openprinting/database/ricohfaq#Does_my_printer_support_Postscript_.2F_PCL_XL_.2F_PCL5_.3F

If it doesn't have the PostScript module try changing the printer driver
to the PXL one, does it work now?
