Re-opening the acng task.
I think a fix would need to ship the necessary configuration to make it work by
default, e.g.:
PassThroughPattern: private-ppa\.launchpad\.net:443$

Status: Fix Released => Won't Fix
** Changed in: apt-cacher-ng (Ubuntu)
Status: Won't Fix => Triaged
