Not being able to keep a stable connection is a different issue than not being able to connect at all -- please file your own separate bug report if you're running into such issues.
As far as I could tell, in most cases disabling the Session Ticket extension allowed wpasupplicant to auth to the networks successfully, so I'd like to get more testing on that.
