This does not seem to be a problem with ufw but instead a problem with
your system. I suggest performing a filesystem check by doing 'sudo
touch /forcefsck' and then performing a reboot. After the reboot, please
reinstall ufw with 'sudo apt-get install --reinstall ufw'. If you feel
this is in error, please reopen with exact steps on how to reproduce.
