Can you run the following command in a terminal window and post the output here:
which ucf After that, run sudo apt-get install --reinstall ucf and post the output. Then run sudo DEBCONF_DEBUG=developer debconf /var/lib/dpkg/info/foomatic- filters.postinst again and post the output of it again. Does the error go away?
