Hi Akhila, what you see is just apport(the automatic error detection program of Ubuntu) that detect a error of the system.
In this case it is an error with casper the filesystem for live system start. This can be caused by an error download. I see with the line: LiveMediaBuild: Ubuntu 12.10 "Quantal Quetzal" - Alpha i386 (20120803.1) that you use a older build of Quantal. I guess it is the official alpha3 release. For bugs like this it would be the right if you could do the test again with the latest daily build, which you can find here: http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/ As you can see, there are chechsum files in the download directory. When you use firefox and the extension downthemall you can make firefox by downloading with downthemall automatically(no further actions needed) check the integrity of the download by checksums. Default is MD5, but you can get up to SHA256. Please also work with chacksumming on your burning program(brasero may do this automatically, k3b also when I remember correct). I set the status of this report to incomplete. When you observ exacly this problem with the latest daily build set the status back to new. When it is gone set the status to Fix Released. Thank you for reporting Akhila and doing testing on Quantal. This is really valuable work.
