Public bug reported:
Bug 1016713 was fixed so many of the off-color issues have been
resolved, but there is still a color mis-match in the Language Support
(and possibly other) dialogs when you click on a button to submit.
Screenshot attached, in this screenshot I am clicking on the "Apply
System-Wide" button so you can see the behavior.
