I also have this problem. Running Ubuntu 11.10, with the latest version of Firefox, Nvidia graphics card. Somehow I've ended up with a 'deja- dup...' folder inside my Ubuntu One folder, plus a separate deja-dup...' folder beside Ubuntu One in my cloud folders.
I have Deja-Dup set to backup every week. It tries for a long time, then I get a little screen that simply says the backup failed, code 401. I have no idea how to fix this.
