Thanks for taking the time to file the bug report. Bugs relating to launchpad
itself, and not relating to Ubuntu as a distribution may be filed here:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad As such, this particular bug is being
turned down in regards to the Ubuntu Development.
I haven't started a new bug yet, as I navigated to the link that you are
seeing the cropped inmage, and it seems fine to me, perhaps you may wish
to re-file it there, and describe what browser you are using, etc to
help them narrow down the issue.
