Steps to reproduce:

- 1. Mouseover any pinned item (essentially, you should see the tooltip) on the
launcher.
- 2. Press Super key until Keyboard shortcut overlay appears.
- 3. Note how the tooltip now appears along with the overlay even if the mouse
cursor is not exactly over the launcher. (See screenshot.)

+ 2. Press and hold super key so that the shortcut hint overlay appears
+ 3. Move the mouse away from the launcher
- What should actually happen:

- When the keyboard shortcut overlay appears, the tooltip should not appear
unless the mouse cursor is actually over the launcher item.
+ What happens:
+ The tooltip keeps showing over the launcher icon even though the cursor is
far away.
- This bug is a regression. I can't reproduce this bug in 12.04. (See
- second screenshot).
+ What should happen:
+ As soon as the mouse leave the launcher icon the tooltip should hide.
