Had a look at the issue, according to the logs you had cron 3.1.11-1ubuntu5.1
installed and you tried to install an older version (3.0pl1-106ubuntu7, which
is the latest version in the Ubuntu Lucid repositories):

There is no such package in the Ubuntu repositories. Maybe you installed
it from a third party site, or a PPA?
