Public bug reported:

I experienced a crash bug in Ubiquity, which triggered a handy apport
popup. Upon submitting a report, another dialog appeared saying "Problem
already known:"

"This problem was already reported in the bug report displayed in the
web browser. Please check if you can add any further information that
might be helpful for the developers."

The web browser opened to this page:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/727842

For me (and most people), that is an unhelpful, very wrong looking error
page, presumably because the bug report is being treated as a security
issue. It looks thoroughly broken, and a user is unable to follow any of
the directions previously given by Apport. He would be much better
served either filing a new bug report or having Apport kindly instruct
him to go away. There is also no way to verify that a user's problem is
actually the same as the report.
