sorry, not ended...
I did some more testing with this newly installed 12.04 test IBM T61p
notebook.
after the installation, it printed without problems.
When I activated the "print server" (activated shared printers, publish
printers on this computer etc. in the menu) it stopped to print.
there is no way to print now, even with all server options desactivated.
so, there IS a problem with this printing server... is it within the
CUPS?
