This means that the people at ESET have compiled the module in a strange
way (perhaps with an old compiler). The problem definitely lies with
them and will probably manifest with almost all other applications,
since that library is a file access checker module.

For this reason, I recommend uninstalling ESET instead of trying to fix
things manually - it's an expensive process (in terms of time) and it
will potentially break things in the future.
