@jordie9: First, for background please read my comment #12 above. I
would like to know whether or not my issue is the same as yours. When
you have the iwlwifi module loaded without "11n_disable=1", can you fix
the problem (i.e., communicate over the Wi-Fi link) by disabling and
enabling "Wireless" in the nm applet? Doing that always fixes the
problem on my ThinkPad X220.
