Public bug reported:
The dialogue: " The system encountered a problem with.." or a "Program
was closed, should it be restarted or not." Pops up on each session
mulitple times. When i click on report problem the report program
itself crashes. This popups dont help anyway, they are just annoying. If
i could get the programs name i could encounter the problem.
in german the message is displayed like this:
"Es wurde ein Problem mit einer Systemanwendung festgestellt"
