I suggest going with the light-themes bug, because most essentially the
reason why a user does not see "Important Security Updates" is that the
scroll bar widget has visually merged with the background.
I hope that someone /also/ will make the Update Manager scroll its
update list to the top for its initial state! That's hopefully a very
easy thing...
