@Radko, I too decided to disable Global Menu Integration. If you then go to the View menu in Firefox and turn off the Menu Bar you'll get a look that is almost identical to what you get with with Global Menu enabled. The only difference is a pulldown in the upper right with all the menu controls in it. I'll attach a screen shot.
