Public bug reported:

when i press the volume slider the volume gets stuck on maximum then
returns to mute.. by then the window freezes and i cant use the keyboard
to type anything.. the task bar doesnt respond to anything and so i have
to restart my pc again.. only way to set the volume without having this
issue is to go to settings and adjust the volume from there.. pretty
frustrating though..
