The bug as been rejected with this comment:
"According to HIG, dragging should be done with middle-button (Mouse2).
Additionaly, I added Ctrl-Mouse1 for dragging as Felix pointed out. Closing as
WONTFIX."
doing the same with the distribution task, it's actually already
working, you just have to use middle click
