I took <http://ppa.launchpad.net/xorg-edgers/ppa/ubuntu/pool/main/n/nvidia-graphics-drivers/nvidia-current_304.37-0ubuntu1%7Exedgers%7Eprecise2_i386.deb> nvidia-current_304.37-0ubuntu1~xedgers~precise2_i386.deb from http://ppa.launchpad.net/xorg-edgers/ppa/ubuntu/pool/main/n/nvidia-graphics-drivers/ installed and now I am able to work with unity 3d without any problems.
