Public bug reported:
I recently switched from the normal kde session to kde-openbox-session.
Everything works fine, except that the KDE menus are empty and all file
associations are not working because i.e. dolphin thinks that I have no
applications installed.
I tried several things like deleting .config/menus, rebuilding it with
"kbuildsycoca4 --noincremental" but had not success so far.
