I think your problem is the same as reported in 
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=673670.
I fixed them in still-to-come 0.51 version.

In the mean time as specified in the other report, you can fix it manually (as 
root) :
update-alternatives --install /usr/lib/firefox/plugins/libjavaplugin.so 
firefox-javaplugin.so /usr/lib/jvm/j2sdk1.7-oracle/jre/lib/amd64/libnpjp2.so 63
update-alternatives --install /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/libjavaplugin.so 
mozilla-javaplugin.so /usr/lib/jvm/j2sdk1.7-oracle/jre/lib/amd64/libnpjp2.so 63
