I have the same bugs in my .xsession-errors every time I run my up-to-date Xubuntu 12.04 (i386) with Xfce 4.10 (but the output was the same from the very beginning after fresh install with Xfce 4.8) I don't see any pop-up failure notifications during session - I can only see them in .xsession-errors. It seems that every time I open Thunar a new line with the same error is added to the list.
